Domestic Orders
Valid Days of Exchange:
Any online-purchased item can be exchanged through our online platform within 7 days of delivery, provided the customer has proof of purchase. For those choosing the online exchange process with a valid reason, there will be no additional courier charges for the exchange pickup.
Proof of Purchase:
This requirement encompasses presenting either a physical receipt or the confirmation email received for the online order.
Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
Items are eligible for exchange only if they remain unused, with all tags intact, the packaging in its original condition, and the original invoice included. Additionally, a valid reason for the exchange request must be provided, such as a defect, incorrect size, or an error in the order. For home articles, they should be in the original packaging provided by Tessa. Similarly, items delivered in boxes, such as Unstitched Women's collection, must be returned with their original packaging.
Process of Online Exchange:
The online exchange process typically requires 7-10 days for completion after verification. In cases where customers are dissatisfied with the item or have received an incorrect size, they will be requested to drop off the purchased item at a designated location. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, the article will be picked up from the customer's doorstep.
Items not Allowed for Exchange:
Articles purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for exchange. Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be accommodated for valid reasons, and the exchange process may take longer than the standard timeframe. Return Policy
Refunds are not in cash but in the form of a “coupon’’. If your items meet the required criteria our Customer Services agent will issue you with a coupon that can be redeemed for one-time usage only. You may choose to use this “coupon’’ in the instance of an exchange where the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount.
Shipping:
All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 99. On return and exchange your product, the customer should courier the product to the mentioned address: 123 Habitat Shadman 2 jail Road Lahore mentioning the order number on the parcel.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note Tessa E-store will bear all the shipping cost if Tessa E-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Order cancellation:
Customers have the option to cancel their order at any time before it is processed.
Tessa reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as unavailability of the item in stock, identification of defects during quality control, or if the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
